Barnet move closer to promotion

The Bees notched their 25th league win of the campaign, extending their lead at the top to 12 points ahead of York's clash with third-placed Forest Green later on Saturday.

Ndlovu’s decisive moment came in the third minute of added time, his low strike finally breaching the resistance of Dagenham goalkeeper Louis Jones, who had produced a string of fine saves throughout the match.

Jones had kept the visitors in contention with several outstanding stops, frustrating Barnet for much of the game. Callum Stead came close on multiple occasions, but the breakthrough remained elusive until Ndlovu's late intervention.

The defeat was a cruel blow for Dagenham, who looked set to claim a valuable point in their fight against relegation, only to be undone in the dying moments.
