Football React | Arsenal 3 - 1 Bayern Munich
It has been a sensational few days for Mikel Arteta’s side.
Against Bayern, Noni Madueke scored his first goal for the club as they put three past the Bundesliga champions and maintained their 100% record in the Champions League.

This week threatened to be a testing one for Arsenal, with fixtures against Tottenham Hotspur, Bayern Munich and Chelsea in quick succession, yet Mikel Arteta's side have made light work of the first two assignments.
After putting four past Spurs, they followed up with three against Bayern, continuing to play with the assurance of a team intent on ending their wait for a major trophy since 2020.
Both clubs came into the contest as the leading sides from the league phase, but Arsenal imposed themselves in the way they have so often this season. Arteta made only two changes from the derby win, bringing in Cristhian Mosquera and Myles Lewis-Skelly, and the depth of his squad has been a defining feature of their campaign.

Injuries across the forward line have been handled with composure, helped by the calibre of options available. The return of Martin Odegaard, Gabriel Martinelli and Noni Madueke adds further weight to the squad. Madueke and Martinelli stepped off the bench to score, with Arteta again leaning on what he refers to as his finishers.
Arsenal have been beaten just once all season and sit top of both the Premier League and Champions League. With key players working their way back, they are shaping up as a team who will take some shifting.

Matthew: In previous seasons, we’d see the odd moment of brilliance, but then we’d have matches where we tailed off. At the moment, we; 're seeing a level of consistency that we haven’t seen for years.
Tony: Mikel Arteta has his squad fully aligned, each player working towards the same ambition. The target is to win the Premier League and reach the final of the Champions League.
