Education News | New City College students celebrate exceptional A Level results

New City College students were celebrating their A Level results on Thursday 13 August

There was 100% pass rates achieved across a wide range of subjects and many securing places at their first-choice universities.

With more than 2,228 A Level entries this year, students across New City College’s sixth form campuses have achieved a number of excellent individual results, alongside 100% pass rates in subjects including:

• Havering Sixth Form: Geology, Art and Design, Dance, Drama and Theatre, Film Studies, Further Mathematics, Music Technology, Philosophy and Spanish
• Hackney Sixth Form: English Literature, Art and Design, Film Studies and History
• Attlee A Level Academy: English Literature, Law, Media Studies and Religious Studies

The results are the culmination of two years of hard work and determination for students, many of whom have secured places at their dream universities. Others are moving on to apprenticeships, while some have already secured full-time employment.

New City College Hackney

There was lso strong performance across Level 3 vocational courses, with 74 individual courses achieving a 100% pass rate across New City College campuses.

Construction and Engineering T Levels also recorded a 100% pass rate.
