A fantastic goalkeeping performance sees Millwall progress in the Carabao Cup

The first-round tie at Loftus Road finished 1-1 after 90 minutes and went straight to penalties, with Jensen emerging as the visitors' hero.

He stopped four consecutive QPR efforts, while Jake Cooper and Mark Sykes converted their spot-kicks to secure Millwall's progress.

Millwall took the lead early in the second half with only their second attempt on goal. QPR debutant goalkeeper Pierce Charles spilled Camiel Neghli's cross into the path of Luke Cundle, who made no mistake from close range.

QPR forced the game to penalties four minutes from time when Jimmy Dunne's downward header from Ilias Chair's corner took a deflection off Lions defender Sykes and found the net.
