There are expected to be more than 56,000 people taking part this year, from the elite field through to those runners dressed as dinosaurs or carrying animals.  Who's won the elite races In the women's event, Olympic silver medallist Tigst Assefa managed to burst clear of the 2021 winner Joyciline Jepkosgei of Kenya with around 10km to go before crossing the line in two hours 15 minutes 50 seconds.
